When will my order be delivered/available for collection?


Stock items are avaialble for immediate collection or delivery, personalised and pre order items such as Elf Arrival postboxes, drinking cups, santa sacks etc. will be delivered the last week in November, or mde vailabel for collection from the 26th November 2025.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges on standard products only. Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • For standard products, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Personalised products are made specifically for you, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't already been shipped or in the case of personalised items, if the item has not yet been made the order can be modified or cancelled; once the custom product ha been made it can not be altered and the order cannot be cancelled.
