Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature and seasonality of the items we supply we have a no returns policy for personalised items and items that are not faulty or damaged.

Damages and delivery issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we open a case for you and endeavour to correct the issue. Damages, incorrect or faulty iems need to be reported via email to [email protected] with images within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours it is at the descretion of The Elf Shop as to whether we are able to replace items delivered incorrectly or are damaged on delivery.

Refunds
On receipt of your email regarding damages or delivery issues and after your case has been investigated we will endeavour to send out replacement items. In the event that replacements cannot be provided, i.e. stock availability, a refund for the damaged item/items will be processed for the specific items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and may take upto 5 working days to appear back in your account.

Shipping Delays
The Elf Shop will send your order out for delivery within 3-5 days of your order, however, we cannot be held responsible for unforseen delays and acts of God that prevent your item from arriving on time and are not able to cancel or offer a refund for your order neither can we refund your delivery charge shoudl delays and late order arrivals occur. It is very rare that delivery delays occur but but during peak seasons and the build up to Christmas, local depots can become overwhelmed with parcels which can cause delays in deliveries, we again cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are beyond our control
